This role supports the Sales Engineering team throughout the sales cycle, helping turn technical requirements into accurate and customer-focused solutions.
You will coordinate project activities, prepare technical documentation, and contribute to solution development and proposal preparation.
Working closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, Operations, and customers, you will help ensure projects are well planned and clearly documented.
The position combines technical aptitude with strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
You will contribute to system designs, Bills of Materials, project estimates, budgets, and customer presentations.
Your work will help deliver high-quality solutions while supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a collaborative and adaptable professional interested in technology, networking, wireless systems, and solution design.
- Work with Senior Sales Engineers to develop Bills of Materials, network and wireless system designs, project estimates, and budgetary proposals.
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining technical and sales-related project materials throughout the sales process.
- Support the development of customer-focused solutions that align with project requirements, technical needs, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations and applicable standards.
- Participate in customer site walks and site surveys to gather information required for solution design and project planning.
- Attend internal and customer-facing meetings alongside Sales Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and present project materials, design concepts, estimates, and supporting documentation during internal and customer presentations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales and planning process.
- Maintain accurate project records, drawings, estimates, and related documentation.
- Organize project information to ensure records remain accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Sales Engineering team across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and business requirements.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in technology, networking, wireless systems, and technical solution design.
