Foxtrot provides members of the aviation industry with top-of-the-line aircraft detailing, line service and facility cleaning services. We service a wide variety of aircraft and facilities both large and small! This position is based out of the Dallas Forth Worth International Airport (DFW). Our company is continually growing, and we need candidates who meet and exceed our expectations of becoming the nation’s leading aircraft detailing and facility support company!

Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to coordinate and manage aircraft cleaning service schedules. The Operations Coordinator will ensure that cleaning crews are efficiently assigned to flights, adhere to strict airline schedules, and maintain effective communication between operations staff, ground personnel, and customers. Based at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch cleaning crews based on airline schedules and service requirements.
  • Monitor real-time flight schedules and adjust crew assignments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with airlines, ground operations, and internal teams to ensure timely cleaning services.
  • Ensure that any extra services or special requirements are accounted for and adjust task assignments if needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of job assignments, employee hours, and service completion reports.
  • Handle urgent requests and service changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure proper allocation of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Track and report any delays, operational issues, or staff shortages to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and airline regulations during all dispatch operations.
  • Train and guide new dispatchers or crew members as needed.
  • Conduct a thorough final check to ensure all maintenance tasks are complete and align with the RON list.
  • Execute Closeout 2.0 procedures, ensuring all necessary paperwork, digital entries, and logs are finalized.
  • Prepare and send a detailed email summary to the client outlining the completed work and any relevant observations.
  • Assist on all line services alongside the team to ensure completion of aircrafts.
  • Will at times be assigned to lead or train new team members on all services
  • During Irregular Operations, actively participate in mitigation steps that will require structured distribution of work assignments

Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements:
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in task management and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced overnight shift environment.
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year background check and obtain airport badging.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes the recreational use of Marijuana)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, lifting and using machinery such as buffers for extended periods of time.
  • Perform general manual labor.
  • Be comfortable working with heights.
  • Open availability and flexibility with scheduling.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Veterans must provide the form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.
