When a customer’s system goes down, you’re the first person they talk to, and the reason they hang up feeling taken care of. At Standard, our CSRs keep the whole operation moving: booking calls, keeping techs on schedule, and making sure every customer knows exactly what’s happening and when. What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and book service and maintenance appointments
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and keep customers updated on tech arrival times
• Enter and update customer information accurately in our scheduling software
• Follow up on estimates, open quotes, and maintenance agreement renewals
• Handle questions and concerns with patience, and know when to escalate
• Work closely with dispatch and our field team to keep the day running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience, especially phone-based or call center
• Someone friendly, upbeat, and calm under pressure, even on a 100-degree day with a full call board
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Experience in home services, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus but not required
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is a plus

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer, phone system, and scheduling software
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
