Job Description
Customer Success Managers at Daxko own the relationship between our company and the organizations we serve. You guide customers from onboarding through long-term growth, helping them connect Daxko's products to the goals that matter most to their communities. This is a consultative, relationship-first role where your work shows up directly in customer outcomes, retention, and satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Own a portfolio of customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact from implementation through renewal and expansion
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews that keep customers aligned on their goals and confident in their progress with Daxko
- Monitor customer health using data like NPS scores, product adoption rates, and engagement signals, then take early action when accounts need attention
- Lead product training sessions and share best practices that help customers get more value from what they already have
- Support subscription renewals and surface natural opportunities for customers to expand their use of Daxko solutions
- Partner with Sales, Service, and Product teams to advocate for your customers and resolve challenges that cross team lines
- Bring customer feedback into internal conversations to help shape product improvements and business strategy
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, professional services, or support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen well, explain clearly, and build trust over time
- A consultative approach to problem-solving, with comfort using data to identify trends and make recommendations
- The ability to learn technical products quickly and speak to them confidently with customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
- Experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Daxko products such as Daxko Operations, Club Automation, Zen Planner, Spectrum, ReClique Core, or Motionsoft
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or SaaS industry
- Background working with customer success metrics, retention strategies, or churn risk management
