Job Description

Senior Product Marketing Manager [IC4]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager [IC4] based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape product marketing for sophisticated developer and enterprise technology audiences.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, demand generation, and developer relations to bring complex technology to market.
The role combines strategic positioning, technical storytelling, launch leadership, and sales enablement.
You’ll translate emerging capabilities in AI, developer tools, and modern software workflows into compelling market narratives.
Working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders, you’ll ensure messaging is credible, differentiated, and grounded in real-world needs.
You’ll also establish repeatable go-to-market practices and measure their impact on engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
This is an IC4 opportunity for an experienced product marketer who thrives in a high-agency, fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own end-to-end product marketing initiatives, from positioning and messaging through launch execution, field enablement, and ongoing optimization.
  • Serve as a strategic product marketing partner to product, engineering, technical, and go-to-market teams, translating technical differentiation into clear and compelling market narratives.
  • Lead technical product launches and releases, establishing repeatable processes that improve launch quality, predictability, and business impact.
  • Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate product value, differentiation, and relevance to technical enterprise audiences.
  • Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials that help enterprise sales teams navigate complex buying cycles and accelerate opportunities.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Developer Relations to develop integrated campaigns across webinars, videos, web content, events, and other channels.
  • Engage directly with customers and technical stakeholders to understand their needs, workflows, challenges, and feedback, using these insights to refine positioning and influence product direction.
  • Build thought leadership and market-facing content that strengthens product and technical leadership within the developer ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align go-to-market priorities, product direction, and customer needs.
  • Track product marketing performance and connect activities to measurable outcomes such as engagement, pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
  • Identify product marketing gaps, prioritize opportunities, and introduce new programs that raise the effectiveness of the broader marketing organization.
  • Contribute to strategic go-to-market planning and help establish a high standard for technical product marketing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, technical marketing, or a related role within a B2B enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong familiarity with developer tools, modern software development workflows, and emerging AI-driven approaches to software development.
  • Proven experience owning technical product launches end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, field enablement, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex products, capabilities, and differentiation into credible and memorable stories.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Strong sales enablement experience, including creating and maintaining scalable collateral and resources that support enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Developer Relations, or similar teams.
  • Strong customer orientation, with the ability to incorporate customer feedback into messaging, positioning, and product strategy.
  • Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of how modern software is designed, developed, deployed, and adopted.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Bias toward action, strong ownership, and the ability to move quickly in an evolving environment.
  • A background in software engineering or software development is a plus.
  • Experience with account-based marketing in enterprise or strategic-account environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain at least 25 hours per week of working-hours overlap with Pacific Time.
  • Preference may be given to candidates located in the western United States.
Benefits
  • Target compensation aligned with the IC4 level, with starting pay bands of:
    • Zone 1: $180,000
    • Zone 2: $144,000
  • Compensation is determined based on level, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • Equity participation, allowing employees to share in the organization's success.
  • Competitive benefits and perks designed to support employee well-being and productivity.
  • Globally distributed, all-remote work environment.
  • High-autonomy culture with an emphasis on direct communication, ownership, and customer focus.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise software, developer tools, AI, and modern engineering workflows.
  • Professional growth opportunity with significant influence over product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Flexible location arrangements, subject to required Pacific Time working-hour overlap.
