This role is focused on optimizing customer relationships through strategic CRM initiatives, automation, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
The professional will design and improve customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

• Create, monitor, and optimize automated CRM journeys, including onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation flows.
• Analyze CRM and customer experience metrics such as open rate, CTOR, conversion rate, NPS, CSAT, churn, and LTV to identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan, configure, and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app communications.
• Perform A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion, and customer communication effectiveness.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies using behavioral data, RFM models, and interaction history.
• Ensure database health, data governance, segmentation quality, and compliance with LGPD requirements.
• Monitor and optimize communication cadence for different customer segments.
• Validate customer experiences before launching automated flows, including copy, layout, and automation logic.
• Generate performance reports and share insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities with partner teams.
• Collaborate closely with teams such as Content, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and CX Operations to maintain and improve customer journeys.
• Continuously apply CRM best practices and improve the use of automation platforms to enhance customer experiences.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with CRM, marketing automation, customer lifecycle management, or customer database management.
• Experience creating performance reports and analyzing CRM journeys to identify optimization opportunities.
• Proven experience designing communication flows, customer journeys, and A/B testing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and automation tools such as Intercom, SenseData, and RD Station.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge for data extraction and experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of CRM and CX performance metrics, including NPS, CSAT, churn, LTV, open rate, CTR, and related indicators.
• Experience working with Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Customer Marketing teams is considered a plus.
• Previous experience in technology, SaaS, or legal technology companies is a differentiator.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar solutions is desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, collaboration ability, and ownership of projects.
