Fab Systems Director in Goleta, California at Atomica

Summary:The Fab Systems Director is responsible for leading the company's information systems strategy and execution in support of semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role oversees enterprise applications, software development, cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation initiatives. The Director partners with executive leadership to establish technology priorities, manage critical business systems, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that enable business growth. This position also drives AI-empowered software development practices and oversees the governance of technology projects across the organization.
Objectives:

• Develop and execute the information systems strategy, priorities, and budget.
• Lead enterprise software development, application architecture, and AI-empowered development practices.
• Lead cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Manage the information systems project portfolio and change governance.
• Assign system ownership, backup coverage, and cross-training.
• Provide executive reporting and coordinate with business departments.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and department documentation.
• Manage technology vendors and strategic technology partnerships.

Capabilities:

• IT project management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading technology initiatives in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.

Compensation: $155,000-175,000*Atomica encourages applications from candidates at all levels where pay will be based on experience.*
