As a Sr/Staff GTM Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for go-to-market teams while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You will help define talent strategies, improve recruiting processes, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, and offer execution.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create customized recruiting strategies for critical roles.
- Build creative sourcing approaches using industry networks, recruiting platforms, events, and GTM-specific channels to identify top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for sales, marketing, and other go-to-market functions.
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and effective decision-making processes.
- Design and improve structured interview processes that support quality hiring decisions and strong candidate experiences.
- Track recruiting metrics, provide regular updates, and use data to improve hiring strategies and outcomes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruiting operations improvements, and cross-functional People projects.
- Support diversity-focused recruiting initiatives and help create more inclusive hiring practices.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to building scalable recruiting programs in a high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in building go-to-market teams within innovative, high-growth organizations. You should combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and enjoy creating processes that improve how companies attract and hire exceptional talent.
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on business recruiting and building GTM teams.
- Proven experience recruiting high-caliber talent in fast-paced, innovative, or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and the ability to identify exceptional candidates across sales, marketing, and related teams.
- Experience creating sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, events, and industry communities.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence recruiting decisions through data and market insights.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience improving recruiting processes, candidate experience, or diversity initiatives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, ownership, and a builder mindset.
