As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through expansion. You will partner with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to communicate value, accelerate adoption, and achieve revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, territory development, greenfield account creation, and relationship management.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity creation and stakeholder mapping through negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Develop trusted relationships with executive-level customers and prospects, acting as a strategic advisor on data management and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead consultative sales conversations by identifying customer challenges, demonstrating value, and connecting solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to deliver effective sales strategies and successful engagements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking through CRM tools, ensuring visibility into pipeline health and sales performance.
- Drive customer growth by identifying expansion opportunities and supporting long-term adoption strategies.
- Represent the organization professionally while strengthening brand awareness and market presence within the assigned territory.
- Leverage AI tools and modern sales technologies to improve productivity, research prospects, and enhance sales execution.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise SaaS sales professional with a proven ability to manage complex buying processes, engage senior stakeholders, and consistently achieve revenue targets. You should bring strong communication skills, business acumen, and experience selling data-focused technology solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding SaaS sales quotas.
- 3–5+ years of experience in net-new enterprise sales and strategic account management.
- Experience selling data management, data intelligence, analytics, or related enterprise technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience selling new business and expansion opportunities to C-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of consultative, value-based sales methodologies.
- Ability to build credibility with customers and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to improve workflows, solve business challenges, and increase productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Competitive base salary range of $130,000–$160,000 per year, plus commission-based compensation opportunities.
