Kitchen Utility Laborer in Allentown, Pennsylvania at Lehigh Country Club

Lehigh Country Club is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our kitchen and dining operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Operate the commercial dishwasher and properly sanitize all items
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas
• Remove trash and recycling as needed
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization
• Sweep and mop floors and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required

Schedule:

• Part-time and/or full-time opportunities available
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
