Digital Marketing Manager in Toowong, Queensland at Dovida

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the national digital program end to end; website, SEO and GEO, paid media, CRM and analytics, driving the campaigns that connect older Australians with the care they need and bring great people into our teams.

This is a role with genuine ownership. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work from our Toowong National Office alongside a close-knit marketing team, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering the National Marketing Program across all digital channels, guided by the Head of Marketing
• Managing our consumer website in WordPress, keeping lead capture and conversion flow optimised
• Developing and managing our SEO and GEO strategy, paid digital advertising and channel reporting
• Managing our CRM platform and building digital assets for eDMs, Local Area Marketing and recruitment campaigns
• Partnering with our digital agency and web developers, and with General Managers on local digital strategy and budgets
• Building national, local and custom performance dashboards, and sharing insights with teams including Talent Acquisition and Live-in Care
• Tracking AI and social trends, and bringing forward the ones worth acting on

What You'll Bring

• Qualifications in marketing or communications with a digital specialisation
• Demonstrated results in performance marketing across core digital channels
• Hands-on skills in WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Experience managing SEO, SEM and paid digital campaigns, and working with external agencies
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Martrexo or Salesforce
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work across diverse stakeholder groups
