WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role provides strong people management by supervising and developing team members to ensure they have the skills, tools, and support needed to meet current and future performance expectations. It oversees all training and SOP compliance by ensuring staff are properly trained, competencies are verified, and documentation is complete, while also maintaining effective SOPs and enforcing adherence to organizational policies. The position drives process improvement by investigating complaints and errors, conducting root-cause analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions, analyzing operational metrics, and applying Lean methods to enhance quality and efficiency. Additionally, it manages KPIs and financial performance by monitoring key metrics, investigating trends and variances, adjusting operations as needed, and contributing to the development and achievement of departmental budgets.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 4 years LNH P&L Team Lead/Supervisory/Management Experience (minimum 2 years with direct reports)
  • 3 years with BL degree or 5 years without - related experience in operations, manufacturing or production environment

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
