Job Description
Assist with the preparation and development of key financial reports. Prepare financial reports for management team to analyze and use for decision making. Responsible for AGSE accounts receivable, credit and collections; including training of AR personnel.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner.
- Responsible for credit and collections and maintaining customer files. This includes training other AR personnel.
- Responsible for entering cash receipts.
- Prepare commissions and royalty reports and review for accuracy.
- Prepare state sales tax returns.
- Prepare and maintain quarterly cash collection forecast for AGSE and WI.
- Assist Accounting Manager with month end journal entries and accruals.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferred.
- Five years related work experience, manufacturing, preferred.
- Must have experience in using Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
- Must have good communication skills and able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Must have good organization skills, work efficiently, accurately and able to meet deadlines.
