- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status accurately

- Support clinical staff with patient care procedures and documentation

- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Travel between clinic locations as required to provide consistent patient care

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant healthcare certification preferred

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
