Position Purpose The Project Manager, Enterprise Initiatives supports and leads cross-functional projects that advance organizational goals, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives. This role partners with business leaders and project teams to coordinate activities, manage timelines, track risks, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with a passion for driving projects forward and improving business processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and status reports. • Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders. • Facilitate project meetings and communicate key updates, risks, and decisions. • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and budgets. • Identify risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans. • Support operational improvement and change management efforts. • Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards and best practices. • Prepare project updates and presentations for leadership. • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.



Qualifications

Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Experience • 2 to 5 years of project management, project coordination, operations, business improvement, or healthcare-related experience. • Experience supporting cross-functional projects preferred. • Healthcare experience preferred but not required. Preferred Certifications • Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM preferred. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred. Travel: Less than 10% travel for occasional onsite meetings, leadership planning sessions, training, and project-related activities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to coordinate and support cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and workstreams. • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes across teams without direct authority. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities. • Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects toward successful completion. • Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and other project management tools. • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, process optimization, and delivering results. • Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on project goals and organizational priorities. Success Measures: • Projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Stakeholders receive clear and timely communication. • Risks and issues are proactively identified and addressed. • PMO standards and processes are consistently followed. • Continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.
