Job Description

Position: HR Analyst/HR Generalist
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Interview Process: Video Only
Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will handle recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, HR transactions, payroll/timekeeping coordination, employee inquiries, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, separations, and retirements.
  • Support recruitment, job postings, interview coordination, and hiring documentation.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR tracking systems.
  • Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding and separation activities.
  • Support HR projects, process improvements, and employee communications.
  • Work with HR leadership, employees, managers, and internal/external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Provide professional and timely HR customer service.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Relevant professional or paraprofessional HR experience may substitute for education, up to 4 years.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
