From strategy meetings to post-judgment client care, you’ll blend sharp technical skills with empathy and practical wisdom to help families navigate divorce and custody disputes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and support case strategies by preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation prep
• Filing documents with the court and preparing trial exhibits
• Be a “dealmaker” — helping families resolve disputes creatively, outside the courtroom.
• Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed.
• Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day

Who You Are

• A seasoned paralegal with 10+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Practical, empathetic, and client-focused.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in Clio OR similar software.
