Bilingual Legal Assistant in Katy, Texas at KGS LAW PLLC

We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective clients by telephone, email, and other approved communication methods.
• Conduct initial client intakes and gather relevant information regarding potential personal injury claims.
• Obtain client contact information, accident or incident details, insurance information, medical treatment information, and other information necessary to complete the intake process.
• Assist with screening prospective claims according to established Firm procedures and attorney guidelines.
• Accurately enter and maintain prospective and new client information in the Firm’s case management system.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding outstanding information, documents, or next steps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous legal experience, preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in stressful environments
• Fluent - English and Spanish
