Warehouse Associate 1st shift 6am-2:30pm in White House, Tennessee at Advanex Americas

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in the flow of materials throughout our facility. From receiving and organizing inventory to preparing outbound shipments, you'll help ensure our operations run smoothly and our customers get exactly what they need - on time, every time. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Receiving & Inventory:

• Count and sort incoming merchandise to verify against shipping documents or purchase orders
• Enter receipt quantities into the ERP system - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
• Check quality and quantity of items received; identify and report damaged goods
• Label, unpack and stock items in proper storage locations
• Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Keep warehouse areas organized and clearly labeled

• Pick merchandise based on pick lists and prepare for shipment
• Inspect, weigh, and label outbound merchandise
• Load pallets onto carriers and complete shipping documentation
• Handle vendor returns and maintain outbound shipment records
• Track shipments and ensure BOLs and packing slips are accurate

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
• Follow warehouse safety rules and 5S standards
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
• Experience using an ERP system (preferred)
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math and computer skills
• Team player who can also work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
