Johnson Medical Center is looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join its growing healthcare team in Venice, Florida.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Location: Venice, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday No Weekends

What You'll Be Doing: Patient check-in and check-out Scheduling patients and managing multiple provider calendars Insurance verification Answering high-volume phone calls Maintaining patient records and documentation Assisting with administrative and office support duties Handling patient concerns professionally Supporting daily office operations Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of medical office experience Front desk medical office experience Insurance verification experience Experience managing provider schedules Strong customer service skills Experience answering high-volume phone calls Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Experience:

Chiropractic office experience Eclipse software experience ChiroHD software experience Regenerative medicine experience Physical medicine practice experience Knowledge of insurance billing procedures Treatment scheduling experience EHR experience
