• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes
• Schedule appointments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and maintain the office calendar
• Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct patients to the appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the healthcare team

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and healthcare providers in a professional and empathetic manner
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance procedures, and billing practices is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
