As a Spa Concierge Agent, you will welcome guests, coordinate appointments, and help ensure a seamless experience throughout the salon and spa.

• Greet guests warmly and assist with questions, appointments, and service requests.

• Schedule spa and salon services for individuals and groups using spa reservations software.

• Recommend treatments, retail products, and resort amenities based on guests’ needs and preferences.

• Support daily revenue goals through service recommendations and retail sales.

• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, products, resort services, activities, and hours of operation.

• Respond to guest concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.

• Prepare accurate daily schedules for service providers.

• Help keep spa areas, including locker rooms, clean, welcoming, and stocked.

• Monitor supplies and submit replenishment requests to the Spa Manager.

• Review daily guest information to anticipate needs and personalize service.

• Previous guest service experience.

• A warm, professional approach and strong communication skills.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to coordinate appointments for individuals and groups using reservations software.

• Confidence recommending spa services and retail products.

• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and helpful in a busy environment.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma preferred.
