Job Overview

The Residency Program Manager position manages all administrative, educational, and clinical aspects of residency training, including supporting the implementation of a comprehensive Family Medicine specialty schedule, educational curriculum, organizing and facilitating meetings and conferences, reports, didactic sessions, simulations, and recorded lectures. The manager is responsible for the day-to-day decision-making activities and works with leadership in strategic planning related to the residency program development within AltaMed.
