Inside Sales Representative

Kept Companies is a mobile truck washing and facility service company that is seeking Account Specialists to join our team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for prospecting, outbound calling, and selling to new accounts in a team-oriented environment.

Position Overview
This position involves prospecting for new business and working directly with Sales Managers and Operations Managers on specific territories for growth of new business.
This excellent growth opportunity is suited for a self-motivated and driven individual. We are looking for a person who can create and maintain excellent relationships with both prospects and co-workers. While this is a sales position, we like to think of our sales members as problem solvers for our clients as typically our prospects need our service.

Hours: Morning.
Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. On-site
Position Duties
Works under the Sales Manager to help grow our company in specific regional and local markets.
Job Responsibilities
• Proactive research for new account prospects.
• Cold calling prospects to present Kept Companies’ capabilities.
• Create quotes through our proprietary CRM software.
• Present proposals to the prospects you develop.
• Manage and maintain leads lists provided by Sales Managers and Operations Managers.
• Work with field operations supervisors to begin new services with clients.
• Get prospects to say "Yes" and close sales.
Candidate Requirements
• Fluent in English and an effective communicator.
• Experience in customer interaction in either business to business or business to consumer role.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ready to work in an office setting with standard work hours. REMOTE IS NOT AN OPTION.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to make multiple outbound prospecting calls per day.
What will make us REALLY excited?
• Successful telephone-based experience in outbound inside sales.
• Experience using CRM.
• Knowledge of Internet resources to prospect for new customer targets.
• Previous sales experience.
