Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to provide an excellent guest-drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rates and tip potential. Bartending opportunities will be in our newly renovated and expanded ala carte bar, poolside bar and banquet/event bars. Experience preferred but not required.

Job Duties/Learn How To:

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members and guestsInteract with members, take orders and serve food and drinksAssess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay member focused and nurture an member experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsResponsible for maintaining a clean uniformResponsible for cleanliness of work areaOther duties as assigned
