We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Liverpool team. If you have a great attitude and excel at high-volume administration, this is the perfect entry-level role to kickstart your career!
The Opportunity
This is a pure administration and candidate support role. You will be the backbone of our Liverpool office, handling high-volume admin and keeping our candidate compliance up to date. No prior recruitment experience is needed, we will train you on the rest!
What You'll Be Doing
· Managing candidate files, answering general enquiries, and ensuring our applicant tracking system is accurate.
· Helping with initial phone screens, reference checks, coordinate safety inductions or PPE allocation and onboarding.
· Coordinating pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and verifying work licences/tickets.
What We're Looking For
· A "Can-Do" attitude, positive, energetic, and eager to learn.
· Comfortable using computers and handling a lot of repetitive paperwork.
· High attention to detail, you don't miss the small things and take pride in accurate work.
· A friendly, clear phone manner to chat with candidates.
