This is a fast-paced, customer-focused opportunity for a self-starting marketer who combines analytical rigor with strong communication and execution skills.

Accountabilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search platforms such as Google and Microsoft, Paid Social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn, as well as Programmatic Display.
  • Independently manage multiple paid media channels and campaigns across several clients, ensuring budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and performance targets remain on track.
  • Analyze campaign performance using reporting and down-funnel customer data, integrating offline customer information with online metrics to develop actionable strategies that improve client ROI.
  • Develop and refine paid media strategies based on campaign performance, market trends, audience behavior, and opportunities across the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and optimize Programmatic Display and Social creative concepts designed to generate measurable campaign results.
  • Oversee and analyze customized reporting for clients with large geographic footprints, translating complex performance information into clear and useful insights.
  • Partner with Account Managers and key clients to review campaign progress, interpret analytics, identify challenges, and recommend strategies for improved performance.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by recommending relevant new paid media services and solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paid media best practices, advertising network developments, beta programs, emerging techniques, and innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor the impact of AI on digital marketing and stay informed about new AI-powered paid media products and capabilities that could improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to a fast-moving, results-oriented environment by identifying process, communication, and campaign gaps and taking initiative to address them.
Requirements
  • Bring at least 2 years of professional experience in paid digital marketing, with hands-on expertise developing, managing, and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and experience using performance reports and down-funnel data to evaluate campaigns and make optimization decisions.
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including practical experience with functions and tools such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Be able to manage complex projects, prioritize competing responsibilities, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a proactive self-starter who is comfortable identifying gaps in processes, communication calendars, campaign execution, and team workflows without waiting for direction.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with clients, account managers, creative partners, and broader cross-functional teams.
  • Be highly detail-oriented and capable of maintaining systems and campaign information with a high level of accuracy.
  • Show curiosity about emerging digital marketing techniques, media trends, advertising technologies, and the evolving role of AI in paid media.
  • Be willing to travel up to 10% as required.
  • Be available to work during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EDT) and be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 USD, with actual compensation potentially varying based on geographic location and applicable compensation practices.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus or commission opportunities.
  • Potential equity compensation in the form of restricted stock units.
  • Health care benefits as part of the standard employee benefits program.
  • Retirement benefits.
  • Paid time off and other applicable paid leave, including sick leave and parental leave.
  • Remote work arrangement for a flexible work-from-home environment.
  • Opportunity to work across multiple digital advertising channels, clients, industries, and campaign strategies.
  • Exposure to emerging paid media technologies, AI-driven marketing products, advertising innovations, and evolving digital trends.
  • A collaborative, performance-focused environment where analytical insights directly influence client growth and campaign outcomes.
