Join a mission-driven team making a meaningful difference in mental health care at NeuroStim TMS Centers, Washington's leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy. As a TMS Technician, you'll build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering TMS — a non-invasive treatment supporting individuals living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. You will join a collaborative environment that values compassion, accountability, curiosity, service, and growth.

  • Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant patient records.
  • Collaborate with clinic teammates to provide a consistent, high-quality patient experience.

TMS Technician Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees are eligible for):

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $21-22/hr; Paid bi-weekly
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4%
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents*
  • HSA (with employer contribution) and FSA options to help manage healthcare and dependent care expenses*
  • Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage*
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources*
  • Generous paid time off and additional paid holidays*
  • *Indicates benefits available only to full-time W-2 Employees
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with customers, clients, guests, students, or patients.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, mental health, and helping others.
  • Curious and eager to learn new skills, technology (i.e. computers, medical/mechanical devices, etc.), and clinical processes.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make others feel heard, respected, and supported.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to following through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to consistently follow established procedures.
