All contract professional positions are full time, in person positions.You must be located in Southern California. No relocation funds and no per diem will be offered.

Salary Range: $136K - $152K
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial, public, or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M
- BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or related field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for reviewing, marking up, and coordinating project documents.
- Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes.
- Experience utilizing enterprise-level Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Division of the State Architect (DSA) design, approval, and construction processes.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation, and controls.
Compensation:
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
