Associate's degree, or equivalent experience in the metal manufacturing industry; Aerospace experience is a plusMinimum 2 years of experience in the metal manufacturing industryTechnical background, including the ability to read and understand blueprints; knowledge of metal machining processes is a plusExperience with MRB activitiesProficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent organization, detail-oriented, and communication skillsFluent and effective in English written and verbal communication; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Prepare and support customer and government source inspection activities, including preparation of source documents, reports and on-site support as neededSupport MRB activities in accordance with PAS and customer requirements, report on MRB inventory activityConduct shop floor surveys to ensure conformance to quality manuals and proceduresSupport required process metrics using MSA / SPC / Gage R&Rs / VSM methodologiesSupport continuous improvement activities Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of product requirementsEnsure compliance with company policies, practices, procedures and work rules to support and maintain PAS Quality Management System
