WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare and serve delicious açaí bowls and smoothies to OAKBERRY's quality and presentation standards
• Welcome every customer warmly and make their experience genuinely great
• Share your knowledge of our menu and the benefits of our ingredients
• Handle transactions accurately and keep the register running smoothly
• Support the team with inventory, vendor orders, and store setup
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running to brand standards throughout your shift
• Take ownership of your opening and closing duties

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift
• Passion for health, wellness, and quality food
• Food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid food handler certification required before your first shift (requirements vary by state)
• Must be 18 or older, or provide a valid work permit if under 18
• Availability to commit to a fixed weekly schedule, including weekends and holidays

YOUR SCHEDULE

One of the things our team loves most is knowing exactly when they work. You'll be assigned a fixed weekly schedule with consistent shift times (opening, middle and closing), so you can plan your life around a routine that works for you. Shifts are typically 5-7 hours and run across three windows. Exact times may vary by location and are subject to store needs.
