You’ll engage with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments and provide support throughout their benefits journey.
The role combines customer service, policyholder engagement, benefits education, enrollment support, and consultative sales.
You’ll work with qualified client opportunities, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than traditional cold calling.

Flexible scheduling and a virtual work environment provide independence while maintaining access to coaching and team support.
High performers may also develop transferable skills and pursue opportunities in training, mentorship, leadership, and management.
- Conduct scheduled client consultations through Zoom and phone while delivering a professional, welcoming, and informative experience.
- Connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits and understand their needs, questions, and priorities.
- Provide clear, personalized information about applicable benefits and, once properly licensed, explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Help clients evaluate available coverage based on their individual and family protection needs and guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment.
- Assist with required documentation and help clients understand the coverage they select.
- Support existing policyholders with applicable policy reviews, coverage questions, beneficiary information, service needs, and follow-up requests.
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation while ensuring timely and dependable communication.
- Build long-term relationships through active listening, professionalism, responsiveness, and consistent client service.
- Focus on scheduled appointments, benefits education, enrollment assistance, policyholder engagement, and ongoing support rather than traditional cold prospecting.
- Participate in virtual onboarding, coaching, mentorship, and professional development programs to strengthen communication, customer service, relationship-management, sales, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate the consistency, initiative, and accountability needed to potentially progress toward training, mentorship, team leadership, and management opportunities.
- No previous insurance experience is required; entry-level applicants, recent graduates, and career changers are welcome.
- Experience in customer service, member services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, financial services, call centers, client relations, account management, sales, or leadership may transfer well.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional, dependable, and ethical approach to client interactions.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, accountability, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently from a home environment while collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
- Comfortable learning and using Zoom, web-based applications, digital business systems, and other technology.
- Coachability, willingness to learn, and openness to structured training and feedback.
- Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to develop professionally and financially through performance.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, physically located in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Access to a reliable computer or laptop, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and quiet professional home workspace.
- Willingness to complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities requiring licensure.
- 100% remote / work-from-home environment with no daily commute.
- Flexible scheduling opportunities while maintaining the availability required for client service and performance.
- Commission-based compensation with weekly pay, rather than an hourly or salaried structure.
- Performance-based bonuses, recognition programs, and additional achievement incentives.
- Renewal and residual income opportunities.
- Qualified client opportunities provided, with no lead purchasing required.
- No traditional cold calling.
- Comprehensive virtual onboarding and ongoing professional training.
- One-on-one mentorship, weekly coaching, and professional development.
- Licensing guidance and support for candidates who need to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Medical insurance reimbursement program for qualifying representatives.
- Company-supported life insurance and Accidental Death Benefit coverage, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Professional and union support where applicable.
- Access to virtual technology, digital business systems, and collaborative team resources.
- Potential recognition opportunities including incentive travel, leadership conferences, professional development events, contests, and achievement awards.
- Potential career progression toward client services, training, mentorship, team leadership, management, and advanced leadership.
- Eligibility, qualification periods, program availability, and advancement requirements may apply. Individual earnings vary, and no specific income level is guaranteed.
