You will primarily recruit for critical Sales, Marketing, and Research positions while supporting a broader range of functions as business needs evolve.
The position combines hands-on sourcing with strategic talent advisory, giving you the opportunity to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates to create an efficient and engaging recruitment experience.
Your expertise will be particularly valuable in building pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill positions and navigating competitive talent markets.
The environment is collaborative but highly autonomous, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and comfort working across international time zones.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys combining execution, stakeholder influence, data, and strategic talent acquisition.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the U.S. and Canada, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring priorities, define requirements, and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation considerations, required skills and competencies, target organizations, and available talent pools.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines for niche, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions, particularly across Sales, Marketing, and Research.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
- Use recruiting data and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies, identify challenges, and influence hiring decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels and provide informed guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Support hiring across additional functions such as Data & Analytics, IT, Finance, and other business areas as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented recruiting culture focused on delivering high-quality and diverse talent efficiently.
- Navigate international time zones and cultural differences effectively while coordinating recruitment activities across a geographically distributed organization.
- Manage competing priorities independently and maintain momentum in an environment where requirements and business needs may evolve.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and closing across a variety of professional functions.
- Strong experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Research, or similarly competitive and specialized talent markets is highly valuable.
- Proven ability to source candidates effectively through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Talent advisor mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence, and guide hiring managers using market intelligence and recruiting expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruiting data and market insights to shape sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Highly autonomous and self-directed, with the ability to organize priorities and deliver results without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting recruitment strategies as requirements change.
- Ability to work effectively within a virtual and international team while managing multiple time zones and cultural nuances.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to build trust quickly and provide a consistently high-quality experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Competitive contractor compensation of approximately $30–$50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
- Opportunity to work remotely within the United States.
- Exposure to international recruitment across the U.S. and Canada.
- Opportunity to recruit across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Research, Data & Analytics, IT, and Finance.
- High degree of autonomy and ownership over the recruitment lifecycle.
- Opportunity to partner with experienced hiring leaders and influence talent strategy.
