Senior Associate, Implementation

About Synapticure

Synapticure is the largest, most comprehensive specialty care and life sciences company in the country for those living with neurodegenerative diseases. Founded by patients and caregivers living with these diseases, we are redefining the care and the research paradigm for conditions like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and ALS in all 50 states.

Our business is powered by two connected engines.

The CARES Engine (Clinical Operations)

A scalable, 50-state virtualized clinical network providing timely access to expert neurologists and cutting edge treatments with wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support. Our team creates personalized care plans focused on education and empowerment, connecting patients with a multidisciplinary team of subspecialty neurologists, geriatricians, psychologists, and care coordinators who collaborate to deliver comprehensive care.

The CURES Engine (Research & Innovation)

Leveraging our deeply engaged, well characterized national patient cohort, CURES partners with life science, pharma, biotech, and medical device companies to accelerate the development of neurodegenerative treatments, spanning discovery stage lab services, clinical trial services, and real world evidence data and analytics.

Partnering with providers, health plans, and life sciences companies, including CMS' GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases.

About the Role

Synapticure is seeking a Senior Associate, Implementation to support the successful onboarding and rollout of strategic partnerships with ACOs, health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring new partnerships launch smoothly, on time, and with a strong foundation for long-term success.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has experience leading cross-functional implementations, is skilled in developing strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a geographically distributed team.

The Day-to-Day

Implementation & Project Execution

  • Support the end-to-end implementation process for new strategic partnerships, contributing to successful launches across multiple concurrent projects
  • Own discrete workstreams or phases within larger implementation programs, under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Operations and Implementation
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across clinical, product, data, operations, finance, and marketing teams
  • Maintain detailed project plans, ensuring tasks, owners, and deadlines are clearly defined and actively tracked
Identify risks, blockers, or delays and escalate proactively with recommended solutions

Program Management & Reporting Support

  • Support PMO operations by maintaining implementation trackers, dashboards, and documentation
  • Prepare regular status updates and materials for internal and partner-facing meetings
  • Track implementation metrics and progress against launch milestones
  • Ensure accurate documentation of decisions, risks, action items, and follow-ups across workstreams
  • Assist in preparing executive-level summaries and launch readiness reviews

Process & Documentation Support

  • Execute against established implementation playbooks, templates, and tools
  • Contribute to the refinement of implementation processes by identifying inefficiencies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement
Document partner-specific workflows, requirements, and learnings to support future scalability
  • Help ensure consistency and quality across implementations while accommodating partner-specific needs

Partner & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support as implementation contact for partners, supporting clear communication and timely follow-up
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials for partner working sessions
  • Collaborate with partner clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to support workflow alignment and readiness
  • Capture partner feedback and surface insights to the Director of Implementation and cross-functional teams
  • Support a smooth transition from implementation to steady-state account ownership post-launch
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, customer success, operations, or project management.
  • Experience working in healthcare or health tech environments, with exposure to provider, payer, pharmaceutical, or value-based care models.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership of assigned workstreams.
  • Experience supporting implementations involving EHRs, data integrations, or clinical workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, dashboards, trackers, workflow diagrams, Gantt charts, risk registers).
Compensation
Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
