- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement teams, legal, privacy, compliance, contractual negotiations, and data-governance requirements.
- Partner with product, analytics, research, delivery, and customer success teams to develop solutions aligned with client objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and consistently work toward revenue, renewal, and expansion targets.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor by connecting healthcare data and evidence-generation capabilities with customers’ scientific, commercial, and business priorities.
- Bring 8+ years of experience selling healthcare data, analytics, real-world evidence, research services, or comparable solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, with responsibility for renewals, expansion revenue, customer retention, and overall account performance.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical research, evidence generation, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Epidemiology, and related workflows, including how Real World Data supports scientific and business objectives.
- Proven ability to identify new use cases, therapeutic-area opportunities, and cross-functional stakeholders within existing pharmaceutical accounts.
- Experience positioning Real World Data, Real World Evidence, healthcare analytics, linked-data solutions, SaaS offerings, and research services to sophisticated healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic business reviews and articulate complex solutions in terms of customer and business value.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse internal and external stakeholders throughout complex enterprise sales processes.
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, account planning, and relationship-management capabilities.
- Ability to navigate procurement, legal, privacy, compliance, and data-governance processes associated with enterprise healthcare customers.
- Highly collaborative and commercially driven, with the judgment and persistence needed to manage long sales cycles and identify high-value opportunities.
