- Serve as the primary communication point throughout implementation, gathering client feedback, securing approvals, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Configure software systems according to each client's operational requirements, applying knowledge of golf course operations and management processes.
- Train clients on the core platform and relevant add-on modules, helping users confidently adopt the technology.
- Document client-specific configurations and customizations through clear, detailed implementation documentation.
- Manage project milestones and key deliverables while identifying potential delays, risks, or dependencies.
- Prepare cost and timeline estimates for additional development or professional services and support the associated client billing process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to additional implementation activities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a comparable client-facing implementation, software, project management, or technology role.
- At least 3 years of experience in golf course operations, with strong knowledge of golf course management processes and software systems.
- Familiarity with competing golf course management solutions and their functionality; previous experience with the relevant platform is considered an asset.
- Solid technical knowledge and confidence working with business software and digital tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the judgment to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several projects, deadlines, and client priorities independently.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and groups at different levels.
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Approachable and relationship-focused, with the ability to establish trust and make clients feel comfortable throughout the implementation journey.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- High standards of professionalism, ethics, accountability, and integrity.
- Fully remote position available to candidates based in Canada.
- Full-time employment with a regular schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week.
- Opportunity to work within a growing technology business focused on software solutions for the golf industry.
- Client-facing role offering significant exposure to software implementation, project management, training, and customer success.
- Opportunity to develop deeper expertise in golf course operations and management technology.
- Collaborative environment that values initiative, energy, accountability, and practical problem-solving.
- Opportunity to work with clients across public, semi-private, and multi-course golf operations.
- Professional growth potential within a broader organization serving customers across multiple markets and geographies.
