- Support the identification, development, and management of industry and brand partnerships centered on shared positioning and market visibility.
- Execute day-to-day co-marketing initiatives and contribute to brand strategies for key industry and brand partners.
- Integrate signature programs, campaigns, and event platforms into partnership plans to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Develop compelling content and campaigns, including co-branded storytelling and earned-media opportunities, to strengthen brand presence within the trades industry.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, panels, and partner-hosted events to expand industry reach and create meaningful brand experiences.
- Monitor and report on brand sentiment, earned media reach, partner-driven audience growth, and co-created content to demonstrate partnership impact.
- Collaborate closely with Communications, Executive Marketing, and other partner marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and strengthen the wider partner ecosystem.
- Manage multiple projects and partner relationships simultaneously, maintaining strong organization, timelines, and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve partnership programs, marketing processes, and campaign effectiveness through creative thinking and performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, partner marketing, communications, or a comparable field, ideally involving brand-focused partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience developing co-marketing initiatives or brand campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, or earned media through external partnerships.
- Strong storytelling and brand judgment, with the ability to transform partnership objectives into compelling narratives and marketing content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments and collaborating with Communications, Executive Marketing, and other partner teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to represent the organization with external partners and industry audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing technology and analytics platforms used to measure campaign and brand performance.
- Creative, proactive, and analytical mindset with a strong interest in brand building and continuous improvement.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar marketing technology platforms is an asset.
- Competitive salary: CAD $71,800–$107,800 annually, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, performance, business needs, and location.
