Success requires confidence, strong communication, organization, and the ability to consistently deliver against client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions, from intake and sourcing through candidate presentation, interviews, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
  • Partner with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, target profiles, and recruitment priorities.
  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and existing talent databases.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research to identify qualified professionals across relevant industries, companies, and competitor organizations.
  • Recruit across Manager, Director, VP, Executive, and other senior-level positions, including leadership and executive search assignments.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates for current, recurring, and future hiring needs, with particular focus on senior and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment interviews, evaluating qualifications, experience, cultural alignment, career objectives, and compensation expectations.
  • Present well-qualified candidate shortlists and clear recommendations to clients, providing relevant insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and senior-level stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain consistent communication, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate smooth progression through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and support candidates and clients through the placement process to help achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete candidate records, notes, engagement activity, and recruitment information within ATS, CRM, and database systems.
  • Consistently meet recruitment targets, maintain high data quality, and deliver against client expectations and search timelines.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience focused on the US market, with a proven track record supporting US professional, management, leadership, or executive hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting directly with US-based clients, hiring managers, candidates, and senior-level professionals.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with communication proficiency appropriate for building credibility with US clients and candidates.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, market research, and candidate intelligence.
  • Proven ability to assess, engage, and build relationships with senior professionals, executives, and other high-value talent.
  • Strong understanding of the US hiring landscape, recruitment practices, candidate expectations, and compensation considerations.
  • Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering against deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required; a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with US staffing firms, executive search firms, or recruitment agencies serving US clients is strongly advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting Director, VP, SVP, and C-Suite professionals or managing retained/executive search assignments is highly desirable.
  • A US educational background or previous study, residency, or professional experience in the United States is an advantage.
  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours, corresponding to approximately 6:00 PM–3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday through Friday.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of USD $2,000–$2,500 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated US recruitment expertise.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Opportunity to work directly with leading US clients and executive-level professionals.
  • Exposure to high-impact leadership, management, and executive recruitment assignments.
  • Access to an established candidate database and recruitment tools to support sourcing and successful placements.
  • Collaborative and professional team environment.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.
  • Performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards strong recruitment results.
  • Opportunity to develop deeper expertise in US recruitment, executive search, talent intelligence, and stakeholder management.
