We are looking for a parts associate to join our growing Ft. Worth, TX location who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers,This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in ensuring the right parts are available when needed. As a key member of our team, you'll play an important role in supporting operations, managing inventory, processing orders, and helping customers find the solutions they need.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, including sourcing parts, obtaining pricing, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products to support operational needs.
  • Manage internal and customer parts orders from initial request through fulfillment, ensuring accurate order entry, availability verification, invoicing, and timely communication regarding order status and delivery expectations.
  • Build and grow parts sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products and solutions, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and pursuing opportunities to generate new business and increase revenue.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders. Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring parts requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance inventory management, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department, warehouse, and work area while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in a parts, warehouse, or service-related environment preferred
  • Strong communication proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic mathematical ability for inventory and order accuracy
  • Technical aptitude with parts systems and related tools
  • High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse and shop setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand truck, box cutters, and tape dispensers.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and sit for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
