Role Overview

The Operations Coordinator role drives our company’s daily workflow and operational execution by monitoring process efficiency, managing logistics and schedules, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily business operations. The position requires a strong foundation in process optimization, resource tracking, and operational troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment. The role is execution-oriented and involves regular interaction with suppliers, service providers, and cross-functional internal teams to support efficient, reliable, and scalable business operations.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage daily order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.
  • Serve as a point of contact between departments and assist with the flow of communication and information.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for operations-related projects.
  • Maintain operational records, including supply chain data, vendor information, and internal reports.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist with inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions for increased efficiency.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
  • Ensure all operational tasks comply with company policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operational support, project coordination, or supply chain administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using ERP (Business Central 365), CRM, or project management software preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively across different departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.

Compensation: CAD $50,000 - $60,000 annually
