This role is a highly technical, customer-facing position focused on delivering successful onboarding and implementation of enterprise-grade security solutions. You will act as a key bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring complex security products are correctly deployed, configured, and optimized for real-world environments. The position combines deep hands-on engineering work with customer success responsibilities, requiring both strong technical depth and clear communication skills. You will support organizations in strengthening their security posture by implementing solutions that protect against evolving threats such as phishing, ransomware, and network intrusions. Working within a collaborative Customer Success environment, you will also serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues and mentor other engineers. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences customer adoption, time-to-value, and long-term satisfaction. You will also contribute to improving onboarding processes, automation, and best practices at scale.
- Deliver end-to-end implementation and integration of enterprise security solutions across diverse customer environments
- Lead advanced onboarding and professional services engagements, ensuring successful deployment and configuration outcomes
- Act as a technical escalation point, troubleshooting complex network, security, and configuration issues
- Perform technical risk assessments, system health checks, and ensure smooth transitions to support and customer success teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align implementations with customer success metrics and business outcomes
- Develop and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and self-service resources to accelerate time-to-value
- Monitor adoption and performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS, time-to-value) and recommend improvements to increase customer success
- Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the team
- 5+ years of experience in security software implementation, network engineering, or complex enterprise deployments
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, TLS, IAM, and zero-trust architectures
- Deep understanding of email security concepts such as phishing prevention, threat detection, and ransomware mitigation
- Hands-on experience with system troubleshooting, command-line tools, and log analysis for root-cause identification
- Strong ability to translate technical implementations into measurable customer and business outcomes
- Experience working in customer-facing technical roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven mentorship or leadership experience, with the ability to guide and support junior engineers
- Familiarity with KPIs such as adoption, CSAT/NPS, and time-to-value in customer success environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience (certifications like CCNA, CISSP, AWS/Azure are a plus)
- Competitive total compensation with an estimated OTE range of $85,000 – $110,000 USD depending on experience and location
