Membership Navigator & Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Membership Navigator & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster meaningful connections within our community, enhance member experiences, and drive engagement initiatives. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and prospective members, guiding them through the onboarding process

- Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention

- Provide personalized support to members, addressing their needs and feedback

- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and engagement activities

- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports to inform continuous improvement efforts

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in membership management, community engagement, or related roles

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with diverse groups

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
