This position is based at our Tell City, IN facility.
Job Summary
ATTC is seeking an HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and effective HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and new hire onboarding
- Support employee relations investigations and documentation
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies and programs
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and general HR administration
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare employee separation documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- One year of experience in an HR function preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (ADP preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to navigate a manufacturing environment as needed
