Requirements:- 2+ years of relevant structural engineering experience (internships included)
- Experience designing and detailing structural systems for steel, concrete (post-tensioning experience preferred), masonry, and wood structures
- Ability to manage project budgets and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of BIM and experience with Revit (preferred)
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design software such as RAM Suite, Bentley Suite, RISA, Adapt PT, Enercalc, Hilti Profis, etc.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Outlook, time-reporting tools)
- Some travel throughout the Midwest would be required.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
