Staff Accountant in Englewood, Colorado at Revelation Pharma LLC

Job Summary:

The Staff Accountant will assist with overseeing our financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. A successful candidate will accurately perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

• Excellent ability to maintain and process full cycle accounting duties
• Proven ability to code and enter vendor expense invoices ensuring compliance with all established company policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge and mastery of accounting procedures and methods
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines; be detailed and organized
• Maintain reconciliations and manage month-end close
• Excellent ability to effectively communicate and interpersonal skills, including ability to manage communications and working relationships between all departments within the organization
• Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Fine Motor Skills
• Visual acuity

Requirements & Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance
• Degree in accounting or financial management preferred
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP 2 years (Preferred)
• Experience working in Netsuite preferred
