The Spirit of the Position:

The OvernightFront Desk/Dispatch is an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who greets each day and every person with a smile.

Schedule: Overnight

Payrate: $22.75

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately

Operating an intercom

Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area

Other related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years in a customer service (or similar) position preferred

SKILLS:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills

High commitment to customer satisfaction

Ability to consistently maintain a pleasant, cordial composure regardless of stressful situations

Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment

Well-organized approach to job responsibilities

Ability to set priorities for workload

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong internet skills using external websites

Ability to work well with team members as well as independently

Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds
