Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
-Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
-Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
-Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
-Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable
-Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect

What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in multifamily housing industry
-2+ years experience in an Assistant Property Manager role
- Yardi, CRMiQ, and Perq experience a plus
- Customer service experience required
- Sales experience a plus
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong multitasking abilities
-Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
