Location: Office Based, Elk Grove Village, IL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align the Customer Operations team with overall company goals, translating executive vision into daily operational execution.
• Evaluate and re-distribute customer accounts across the team to optimize workload balance and ensure seamless account coverage.
• Architect and manage daily and weekly master production schedules that directly align with manufacturing capabilities across production lines.
• Oversee the end-to-end order entry pipeline to ensure data accuracy, while monitoring communication metrics to guarantee highly responsive customer support.
• Lead daily team check-in meetings to proactively identify and resolve urgent customer escalations and manufacturing delays.
• Coordinate closely with Heat Treat, Plating, Shipping, Sorting, and Maintenance departments to maximize throughput and minimize planned downtime.
• Analyze active order backlogs and strategically implement alternative shifts (including weekend schedules) to clear bottlenecks without impacting profitability.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform difficult, complex, and detailed work with accuracy and speed under the pressure of deadlines, including statistical analysis.
• Ability to work independently, logically organize work, and follow directions to complete assignments on time.
• Proven capacity to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Basic knowledge and job familiarity with surrounding departmental functions related to the manufacturing sector.
• Strong team collaboration skills; open to receiving feedback, highly reliable, and deeply attentive to detail.

Additional Requirements

· 4 year degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in customer operations.

· Minimum 5 years of management experience.

· Knowledge of Visual Shop and Tableau.

· Manufacturing experience a must.
