You will also contribute to best practices and thought leadership within the Workday ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll solutions aligned with client business needs
  • Build and maintain calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and payroll analytics to improve visibility and accuracy
  • Identify system inefficiencies and implement enhancements to improve payroll processing and operational performance
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support across multiple client implementations and support engagements
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues, analyze root causes, and deliver sustainable technical solutions
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization, autonomy, and client-facing communication
  • Share best practices and guide clients through evolving Workday Payroll functionality and updates
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience (implementation and/or AMS support)
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration, processes, and reporting tools
  • Experience building calculated fields, advanced reports, and dashboards within Workday
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex datasets effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote consulting environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and propose solutions
  • Experience working in consulting or multi-client environments is an asset
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Performance-based incentives and variable pay opportunities
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package
  • Flexible remote-first work environment
  • Exposure to global clients and complex Workday implementations
  • Continuous learning opportunities within the Workday ecosystem
  • Inclusive and equitable workplace culture focused on growth and development
  • Opportunity to influence best practices and shape payroll transformation initiatives
