Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-specialty oncology practice in the East Valley. In this role, you’ll partner closely with physicians to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while supporting patients throughout their cancer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Patient Care

Perform patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examsManage oncology and chronic conditions, including treatment side effectsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKGs)Prescribe medications and therapies within scope

Collaboration & Care Delivery

Collaborate closely with physicians and care teamsProvide patient education on treatment plans and self-careSupport timely, coordinated patient care across clinic and hospital settings

Patient Experience

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered careDevelop survivorship care plansBuild strong relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Arizona through the Arizona State Board of Medical Examiners.Current DEA licenseACLS/BLS certificationOncology or related experience preferredStrong communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
